Medical records are the most sensitive category of digital personal data. We do not rely on standard email or consumer cloud storage. All case files and Bed-Head Tickets (BHTs) are ingested into an end-to-end encrypted vault, ensuring strict compliance with the data fiduciary obligations of the DPDP Act, 2023.
Asymmetric Data Minimization
Our systems are built on a "Zero-Trust" architecture. File access is strictly compartmentalized on a need-to-know basis. Once the forensic audit is complete and the Medico-Legal Assessment Report is delivered to instructing counsel, the raw clinical data is securely purged in accordance with statutory retention limits.
